Today I learned the medical name for these humps is kyphosis and it is one of the known long-term medical consequences of castration in males. It's due to osteoporosis (thinning/brittle bones) and is also seen in elderly women - the vertebral bodies in their spines collapse in on themselves leading to the hump. So these castrated males not only are NOT women, they're also fucking themselves over medically.
